Steven Dube works with local, national and international developers, investors and lenders in the acquisition, financing, development and sale of real property throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. A significant portion of Steve’s practice involves the structuring and documentation of large and small residential and mixed-use condominiums, office and retail condominiums, town center developments, land condominiums, residential housing cooperatives, homeowners associations and other types of common interest communities. Steve also represents clients in the negotiation and settlement of condominium structural warranty claims and advises clients on matters relating to the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act (ILSA).
Steve also has extensive experience in the area of air rights development and has established numerous vertical subdivisions in the District of Columbia on behalf of his developer clients. As part of his real estate development practice, Steve has a wealth of experience in the preparation of complex declarations of covenants, easements and restrictions for office, retail, residential and mixed-use projects of all types.
